Payment Details
All payments should be made by International demand draft/cheques/bank transfers, in favour of “Dhivehi Expo Services ( Pvt ) Ltd. ” If you wish to send a bank transfer (T/T) please send to: “Dhivehi Expo Services ( Pvt ) Ltd. ” (A/C No.: 7701 – 701688 – 002 / Swift Code: MALBMVMV),Bank of Maldives PLC, Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Malé, Republic of Maldives. Please note that an additional fee of US$ 50 should be added if payment is made through TT.
Terms & Regulations
We understand that the application fee is non-refundable except in the case (only) of our application being declined. In the event of the organizer agreeing to a cancellation request from the exhibitor, the exhibitor will be liable for all or part of the cost as stated below determined by the organizer. This scale of chargers will apply only from the date the organizer receives written notice of such a request by letter, email or fax.
Please return the application form together with your international demand draft/bank transfer for the appropriate amount to the organizer at the following address. All applications and bookings will be considered on a first-come-first served basis. Dhivehi Expo Services (Pvt) Ltd. reserves the right to decline acceptance of applications for exhibition space without giving any reasons notwithstanding the receipt of the application and the payment prior to issuance of the confirmation of the organizer for the participation.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
We hereby apply to participate in the “Food & Hospitality Asia Maldives 2024” and we agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the event set out by the organizer as stated in the application. We understand that the above information will be included into the organizers databank and the organizer may use this information for trade promotion purposes or pass it on to third parties for similar purpose. We accept that the organizer bears no responsibility for any error or omission that may occur due to no fault on the part of the organizer.
